Reconstitution of Committees of the Board

The board of RTS Power Corporation, at a meeting held on 13 February 2026, reconstituted four of its committees — Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Mr. Arun Lodha will chair three of these committees (Audit, NRC, and Stakeholder Relationship), with Mr. Devesh Kumar Agarwal as a common member across all four. Mr. Rajendra Bhutoria will chair the CSR Committee. Mr. Abhay Bhutoria and Ms. Rachna Bhutoria have been included as members in the CSR and other committees respectively. The board meeting lasted 30 minutes (3:00 PM to 3:30 PM). This appears to be a routine reshuffle of committee roles, with no new appointments or resignations of directors announced.
