RTS Power Corporation reported strong top-line growth for FY25 with standalone revenue nearly doubling to ₹11,393.46 lakhs (vs ₹5,746.10 lakhs in FY24, ~98% growth) and consolidated revenue rising ~43% to ₹20,114.87 lakhs (vs ₹14,046.40 lakhs). However, profitability was mixed — standalone PAT was nearly flat at ₹446.72 lakhs (vs ₹442.70 lakhs) while consolidated PAT declined ~15% to ₹351.41 lakhs (vs ₹413.30 lakhs). The quarter alone (Q4 FY25) slipped into losses with standalone PAT of ₹(69.70) lakhs and consolidated PAT of ₹(138.25) lakhs. Operating cash flow turned sharply positive at ₹1,536.40 lakhs on a consolidated basis (vs ₹166.31 lakhs). The Board has skipped dividend and will retain profits in reserves for expansion. Auditor Jain Shrimal & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
Strong revenue growth and a clean audit opinion are positives, but the decline in consolidated profit, Q4 losses, and absence of dividend may temper short-term investor sentiment. Retained earnings signal management's focus on reinvestment for future growth.
