Rubfila International has submitted copies of its Q1 FY26 unaudited financial results as published in newspapers (Hindu Business Line in English and Kerala Kaumudi in Malayalam) on 15 August 2025, as required under SEBI's Listing Regulations. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to ₹12,485.12 lakhs from ₹11,210.06 lakhs in Q1 FY25, while profit after tax inched up to ₹588.13 lakhs from ₹579.58 lakhs. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹14,725.45 lakhs from ₹13,165.15 lakhs, but consolidated PAT slipped to ₹668.95 lakhs from ₹712.65 lakhs YoY. Standalone EPS stood at ₹1.10 (vs ₹1.07) and debt-equity ratio improved to 0.16 from 0.19, indicating a stronger balance sheet.
The numbers show modest top-line growth but mixed bottom-line performance, with consolidated profits declining. The improvement in debt-equity ratio is a positive signal for financial health, though the headline results are largely flat and unlikely to be a major catalyst for the stock.
