Rubfila International reported its Q1 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 12,338.72 lakhs from Rs. 11,089.13 lakhs YoY, a growth of about 11.3%. Standalone profit after tax was Rs. 596.13 lakhs (EPS Rs. 1.10) versus Rs. 579.58 lakhs (EPS Rs. 1.07) a year ago. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 14,493.02 lakhs, but consolidated PAT dipped to Rs. 668.95 lakhs (EPS Rs. 1.23) from Rs. 712.65 lakhs, dragged by the subsidiary Premier Tissues India. Operating cash flow was negative in the quarter at Rs. (839.90) lakhs standalone and Rs. (877.10) lakhs consolidated, mainly due to higher working capital deployment. The statutory auditors (Mohan & Mohan Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results.
Modest topline growth and broadly flat standalone profits suggest stable operations, but the negative quarterly operating cash flow and a slight dip in consolidated earnings may keep the stock range-bound in the near term. Investors should watch working capital trends and subsidiary performance in coming quarters.
