CARE Ratings has upgraded Ruchira Papers' credit ratings across all bank facilities, following a review based on the company's FY25 audited performance. Long-term bank facilities (₹199 crore, enhanced from ₹147 crore) moved up from CARE A-; Stable to CARE A; Stable. Short-term bank facilities (₹7 crore) improved from CARE A2+ to CARE A1, while the combined long-term/short-term facility (₹5.75 crore) was upgraded from CARE A-/A2+ to CARE A/A1. Total rated facilities now stand at ₹211.75 crore, with lenders including Punjab National Bank and HDFC Bank.
This upgrade signals improved financial health and stronger creditworthiness, which should help Ruchira Papers secure loans at lower interest rates and boost investor confidence in the stock.
