Ruchira Papers Limited has informed the stock exchanges about newspaper advertisements published on 2nd January 2026 in Financial Express (all editions) and Jansatta (vernacular), notifying shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests. The one-time window, open from 7th July 2025 to 6th January 2026, is specifically for share transfer requests lodged before the 1st April 2019 deadline that were rejected, returned, or not processed due to documentation deficiencies. Shares re-lodged under this window will be processed only in dematerialized (demat) form. This is the third round of newspaper publication by the company, following earlier notices on 16th July 2025 and 6th October 2025. Eligible shareholders must submit their transfer documents to the company's RTA, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, in New Delhi.
This is a routine regulatory compliance disclosure with no material impact on the company's financials or stock price. Shareholders holding physical shares that were rejected for transfer before April 2019 have a final opportunity to re-lodge their transfer requests, but only in demat form, by the 6th January 2026 deadline.
