Rudra Ecovation Ltd (formerly Himachal Fibres Limited) has appointed Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari as Additional Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) effective May 9, 2025, for a 5-year term until May 8, 2030, subject to shareholder approval. He has also been inducted into the Securities Transfer Committee and Banking and Finance Committee. Mr. Tiwari holds a Master's in Chemistry with industrial training from IIT Kanpur and brings over 20 years of leadership experience across textile and polymer firms including Ganesha Polytex, Shiva Texfabs, and most recently Kashi Vishwanath Textiles (till Feb 2025). He holds no shares in the company, is unrelated to any director or promoter, and has no disqualifications or pending SEBI debarments.
