Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited reported weak Q3 FY26 results, with consolidated total income falling to Rs 2,145.54 lacs from Rs 3,222.98 lacs a year ago, a decline of about 33%. The company slipped into a consolidated net loss of Rs 137.66 lacs in Q3 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 522.98 lacs in Q3 FY25, while standalone net profit plunged to just Rs 11.26 lacs. For the nine-month period, consolidated net profit dropped sharply to Rs 205.45 lacs from Rs 1,180.32 lacs last year. The results include an exceptional charge of Rs 24.93 lacs (standalone) and Rs 36.30 lacs (consolidated) related to the new Labour Codes' impact on gratuity and leave encashment. Statutory auditor Doogar & Associates issued an unmodified limited review report. Separately, Mr. Rahas Bihari Panda resigned as Company Secretary citing personal reasons, and Mr. Anupam Jaiswal (a Fellow Member of ICSI with 16+ years of experience) has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from February 14, 2026.
Sharply lower revenue and a quarterly net loss signal significant operational stress, which is likely to weigh negatively on the stock. The change in Company Secretary is a routine governance update and is not material to the investment case.
