Rupa & Company Limited reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 441.5 crore (up 6.3% YoY) with full-year FY26 revenue of Rs. 1,259.1 crore (up 1.6% YoY). The company achieved 9% volume growth in Q4 driven by improved market traction and strong demand across its product portfolio. Q4 EBITDA stood at Rs. 55 crore with 12.5% margins, while FY26 EBITDA declined to Rs. 115.3 crore (down 11.6%) with margins at 10.5%. PAT for Q4 was Rs. 36.1 crore (up 18.1%) but full-year PAT declined to Rs. 72.5 crore (down 12.9%) due to competitive pricing conditions. The balance sheet remains strong with net cash surplus of Rs. 33 crore and operating cash flow of Rs. 45 crore for FY26. Exports contributed 3% and Modern Trade including e-commerce contributed 5% to revenues. The Board proposed a dividend of Rs. 3 per share.
The stock may see mixed reaction as revenue growth is modest while profitability declined year-on-year despite strong Q4 performance. However, the company's strong cash position and consistent dividend payout provide shareholder comfort. Focus on Athleisure expansion and distribution reach may support future growth.
