Rushil Decor reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 2,309 million, largely flat YoY. However, gross margin improved significantly to 48.0% vs 43.8% in Q4 FY25, while EBITDA rose 18.6% to Rs 286 million with margin expansion to 12.4%. For FY26, revenue was Rs 8,622 million (down 4.0%) and PAT dropped sharply to Rs 64 million (down 86.7%) from Rs 479 million in FY25. The company cited a fire incident at its Andhra Pradesh MDF facility, elevated resin prices, volatile raw material costs, and geopolitical disruptions affecting exports. Management announced price increases of ~15% for MDF and ~10% for Laminates effective April 1, 2026. India MDF revenues grew 12.5% YoY, and the company added 67 new distributors and 131 retailers/dealers during FY26. Net Debt to Shareholder Equity stands at 0.39x.
The stock may see mixed reaction - Q4 margin recovery and price hikes are positive signals, but the steep full-year PAT decline and challenging external environment could keep investors cautious. The announced price increases effective April 2026 may support margins going forward.
