S.P. Apparels reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 15,786.4 Mn (up 13.2% YoY), EBITDA of Rs. 2,178.1 Mn (up 16.0% YoY), and PAT of Rs. 1,009.5 Mn (up 6.1% YoY). Q4 FY26 showed weaker performance with revenue declining 8.6% YoY to Rs. 3,649.1 Mn and PAT falling 38.8% YoY to Rs. 185.9 Mn. The Retail Division also achieved positive EBITDA from Q2FY26 to Q4FY26. Capacity utilization stands at 75% with potential to reach 90%+ and historical EBITDA margins in the 17-18% range.
