S&S Power Switchgears has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of KFin Technologies Limited, Hyderabad, as the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The current RTA, GNSA Infotech Private Limited, will continue to serve until the transition of electronic connectivity and data is completed.
