The balance sheet strengthened significantly — debt/equity improved to 0.65x from 1.34x in FY25. Strategically, the company commissioned a 2 GW EPE encapsulant facility, acquired 80% of Melcon Transformers (entry into power transmission equipment), and launched Saatvik Power Storage Solutions (a wholly owned subsidiary) to explore 20 GW of energy storage opportunities over five years. The Odisha project (4 GW module + 2.4 GW cell lines) is on track with tool moving in Q1/Q2 FY27. Confirmed order book stands at 5.89 GW (~123% of installed capacity).
The company demonstrates exceptional growth with 13x production scale-up in 3 years and a strong deleveraging trajectory, positioning it well to fund the planned capacity expansion to 8.8 GW by FY27. The disclosed 5.89 GW order book provides strong revenue visibility going forward.
