Saatvik Green Energy clarified to BSE and NSE that the actual value of a solar EPC order received by its wholly owned subsidiary Saatvik Cleantech EPC is Rs 20.84 crore (around Rs 21 crore), not Rs 29 crore as reported by Business Standard. The order is a turnkey solar project involving design, engineering, procurement, supply, testing, and commissioning, awarded by a reputed solar developer. The company had already disclosed this order to the exchanges on January 8, 2026. Multiple other media outlets (NDTV Profit, PTI, News18, etc.) had reported the correct Rs 20.84 crore figure. The company confirmed all required disclosures under SEBI listing rules have been made on time.
This is a correction to an inflated media report — the true order value is about 28% lower than the Rs 29 crore figure cited. Neutral to mildly positive for shareholders, as it shows prompt compliance, but the order itself is relatively small and unlikely to materially move the stock.
