Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited reported audited results for Q4 FY25 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Full-year revenue rose about 6% to ₹55.02 crore (from ₹51.79 crore in FY24), while net profit grew roughly 36% to ₹31.45 lacs (from ₹23.04 lacs). However, Q4 FY25 was sharply weak — the company swung to a net loss of ₹394 lacs versus a profit of ₹172.55 lacs in Q4 FY24, with revenue falling nearly 30% YoY to ₹13.37 crore from ₹18.98 crore. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at ₹(1,244.62) lacs versus a positive ₹518.47 lacs in FY24. Cash and cash equivalents dropped to ₹386.40 lacs from ₹1,476.54 lacs, while long-term borrowings climbed to ₹2,177.38 lacs from ₹1,675.36 lacs. The statutory auditor, R.P. Khandelwal & Associates, issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion.
Full-year numbers show modest improvement, but the weak Q4, steep swing to negative operating cash flow, falling cash balance, and rising borrowings point to near-term stress. Shareholders may want to watch Q1 FY26 performance and improvement in cash generation before getting constructive on the stock.
