Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has acquired about 23,300 square meters of prime land near Udaipur Airport to build 'Samskara Udaipur,' a flagship luxury resort with up to 250 keys, two signature restaurants, banquets, a spa, and multiple pools, scheduled to open by 2027. The project is backed by an MoU with the Government of Rajasthan under the 'Rising Rajasthan' initiative, and construction will start once approvals are received. The company already has an office set up in Udaipur and is also building the Samskara Jawai Leopard Reserve, giving it over 700 keys in the pipeline across Jaipur, Udaipur, and Jawai. Additionally, SSCL is in late-stage land acquisition talks for sites in Ranthambore and Achrol.
