Safecure Services has refiled its H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025) standalone and consolidated unaudited results purely to fix a format discrepancy in the consolidated Limited Review Report that BSE had flagged. The underlying numbers remain unchanged. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹2,788.91 lakhs from ₹2,366.74 lakhs (up ~17.8%), while profit after tax jumped ~41.5% to ₹297.11 lakhs from ₹209.91 lakhs, lifting EPS to ₹4.53 from ₹2.94. Consolidated performance was stronger: revenue of ₹3,352.81 lakhs and PAT of ₹343.72 lakhs (~42.8% growth). The auditor (HRJ & Associates) issued an unmodified review report on both sets of results. The company also disclosed that post-IPO, most borrowings have been repaid, with only a small residual of about ₹1.18 crore (standalone) / ₹1.25 crore (consolidated) still outstanding.
This is an administrative resubmission with no change to actual financials, so no negative read-through for shareholders. Underlying results show healthy mid-teens revenue growth and strong 40%+ PAT expansion, indicating improved profitability.
