Sagarsoft (India) Ltd has announced that its 29th Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 7th July 2025 at 4:00 p.m. through Video Conference or Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 1st July 2025 to 7th July 2025 (both days inclusive). The book closure is to determine shareholders eligible to vote and to receive the dividend proposed to be declared at the AGM.
