Sagarsoft (India) Ltd has informed BSE that its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 7 July 2025 at 4:00 p.m. through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 1 July 2025 to 7 July 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to vote and to receive any dividend proposed at the AGM. The effective record date cut-off is therefore 30 June 2025. The intimation is filed under Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and is based on the Board's authorisation given to the Managing Director at the 14 May 2025 meeting.
Investors must hold Sagarsoft shares by the end of 30 June 2025 to be eligible to vote at the AGM and to receive any dividend that may be declared. Share transfers will be temporarily suspended between 1 July and 7 July 2025, which can affect short-term trading liquidity around the AGM window.
