This closure is to determine shareholders eligible for voting and for the dividend proposed to be declared at the AGM.
Shareholders must ensure they hold shares before the book closure starts on July 1, 2025 to be eligible for voting rights and to receive the proposed dividend. The actual dividend amount will only be confirmed at the AGM.
