CRISIL Ratings Limited, the appointed Monitoring Agency, has submitted its report on the utilization of IPO proceeds for Sai Life Sciences Limited for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The IPO, which closed in December 2024, raised Rs 30,426.20 million (fresh issue of Rs 9,500 million plus OFS of Rs 20,926.20 million). Of the Rs 9,500 million gross proceeds, Rs 9,444.72 million has been utilized so far, with Rs 55.28 million remaining unutilized. The two main objects — repayment of borrowings (Rs 7,200 million) and general corporate purposes (Rs 1,898.84 million) — have been fully utilized as per the offer document. Only Rs 55.28 million towards issue expenses remains unspent, parked in fixed deposits (Rs 36.97 million) and the public offer account (Rs 18.21 million). No utilization occurred during this quarter, and no deviations from the stated objects were observed.
Shareholders can note that IPO funds are being deployed as disclosed in the offer document, with no material deviations or delays reported. The remaining Rs 55.28 million is appropriately held in liquid instruments pending final settlement of issue expenses.
