Sakar Healthcare reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 5,273.62 lakh from Rs. 4,114.77 lakh in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 28%. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 467.13 lakh from Rs. 241.20 lakh, nearly doubling (~94% YoY), with EPS at Rs. 2.11 vs Rs. 1.10. The Board fixed the 21st AGM for 23 September 2025 via video conferencing, with remote e-voting from 20–22 September 2025. Three new Independent Directors (Ms. Megha Samdani, Ms. Reeya Kothari, Ms. Hiral Patel) were appointed for 5-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. A new Secretarial Auditor (M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates) and Cost Auditor (M/s. Dalwadi & Associates) were also appointed. Three senior management hires were announced: Mr. Sudhir Ghule as COO, Mr. Raviraj Karia as SVP (Finance & Accounts), and Mr. Nimesh Suthar as SVP (International Business). The auditor (J.S. Shah & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report.
Strong Q1 performance with revenue up ~28% and PAT up ~94% YoY is positive for shareholders and should support sentiment on the stock. The fresh board and senior management additions, along with the warrants-conversion funds being partly used for an Oncology unit capex, point to growth-oriented actions that could be value-accretive in the medium term.
