Salguti Industries, which manufactures woven sacks, submitted its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. The Board of Directors approved the results at a meeting held on 14 February 2026. Statutory auditors P. Murali & Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. Profit after tax for the nine-month period turned around significantly to ₹15.21 lakh from just ₹0.45 lakh in the same period last year, and EPS improved to ₹0.20 from a loss of ₹0.48. For Q3 standalone, the company reported a PAT of ₹7.43 lakh with EPS of ₹0.10, compared to a loss per share of ₹0.66 in Q3 of the previous year. The company continues to operate in a single segment (woven sacks manufacturing).
The sharp year-on-year swing from a loss to a profit is a positive signal for shareholders, indicating improving operational performance. However, absolute profit numbers remain very small, suggesting the company is still in early recovery and investors should watch for sustained quarterly growth.
