Board re-designates MD and appoints new internal auditor

Salona Cotspin board, at its June 30, 2026 meeting, approved three key changes effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Manoj Kumar Jhajharia, currently Joint Managing Director, is re-designated as Managing Director for five years till June 30, 2031. Mr. Shyam Lal Agarwala steps down as Managing Director but continues as Chairman and Director. The board also appointed M/s P S G and Co, Chartered Accountants based in Coimbatore, as the new Internal Auditor for financial year 2026-27. Mr. Jhajharia was also named authorised key managerial personnel for stock exchange disclosures.
