Salora International's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 2,741.38 lacs from Rs. 3,198.80 lacs a year earlier, a decline of roughly 14%. However, the company swung back to a small profit after tax of Rs. 4.31 lacs, compared with a loss of Rs. 38 lacs in Q1 FY25. Total income stood at Rs. 2,906.66 lacs versus Rs. 3,229.18 lacs. The statutory auditor issued an un-modified (clean) limited review opinion on the results. The Board also disclosed related party transactions with Devi Electronics Pvt. Ltd (including sale of finished goods of about Rs. 1.82 crore) and fixed 24 September 2025 as the date for the AGM. The notes mention a deferred tax asset of Rs. 2,214.94 lacs that the company expects to realise, and pending Supreme Court/High Court matters remain as contingent liabilities.
The return to profitability is a modest positive signal for shareholders, though it comes on a lower revenue base and EPS is still just Rs. 0.05. Investors should monitor whether the turnaround holds in coming quarters. The pending court cases continue to be a risk overhang.
