Salora International reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ~₹4,160 lacs, up sharply ~153% YoY from ~₹1,644 lacs in Q3 FY25, aided by ₹986 lacs of other income. However, on a 9-month basis, revenue declined ~35% to ~₹9,848 lacs versus ~₹15,090 lacs in the same period last year. Loss after tax for the quarter widened to ₹(132.61) lacs from ₹(49.34) lacs YoY, though the 9-month loss narrowed modestly to ₹(111.98) lacs from ₹(135.60) lacs. EPS stood at ₹(1.51) for the quarter versus ₹(0.56) a year ago. The statutory auditor (OP Bagla & Co LLP) issued an unmodified limited review opinion. The company operates in a single segment (Consumer Electronics) and disclosed related party transactions with Devi Electronics Pvt Ltd.
The strong quarterly revenue rebound is encouraging, but the company remains loss-making with widening sequential quarterly losses, and the 9-month revenue decline signals underlying demand weakness. Investors should watch for sustained revenue growth and path to profitability; existing shareholders face continued erosion of equity value with persistent losses.
