Sam Industries Ltd has submitted newspaper clippings of its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25, originally approved by the Board on May 27, 2025. In Q4 FY25, total income from operations jumped to Rs 548.38 lakh from Rs 216.28 lakh in Q4 FY24, and the company swung to a net profit of Rs 22.40 lakh (Rs 0.20 EPS) compared to a loss of Rs 27.13 lakh (Rs -0.24 EPS) a year ago. For the full year FY25, revenue grew about 38% to Rs 1,365.36 lakh (vs Rs 990.99 lakh in FY24), but net profit dropped sharply to Rs 313.65 lakh from Rs 1,071.87 lakh, with EPS falling to Rs 2.83 from Rs 9.67. Reserves stood at Rs 5,974.42 lakh (vs Rs 5,660.35 lakh), and the auditors gave an unmodified opinion. Other income for FY25 includes Rs 27.25 lakh from FVTPL remeasurement and Rs 94.07 lakh from sale of long-term investments.
Mixed picture for shareholders: strong top-line growth and a clear Q4 turnaround are positive, but full-year profits fell roughly 70% YoY despite higher revenue, suggesting either margin pressure or non-recurring gains in the prior year base. EPS compression on a full-year basis is a concern, though Q4 recovery may signal improving momentum.
