Sambhv Steel Tubes reported its highest-ever quarterly sales volume of value-added products in Q3 FY26 at 90,612 tons, up about 63% from 55,410 tons in Q3 FY25. Total sales volume (including intermediate products) stood at 97,472 tons versus 72,559 tons in Q3 FY25, a growth of roughly 34% year-on-year, though it dipped slightly from 98,768 tons in Q2 FY26. The big jump came from Stainless Steel Coils (~13,371 tons vs 3,393 tons) and Pre-Galvanised products (~19,979 tons vs just 722 tons in the year-ago quarter), while Structural Pipes and Tubes grew steadily. Intermediate product volumes fell sharply from 17,149 to 6,860 tons year-on-year, likely reflecting higher captive consumption for finished goods.
Positive for the stock in the near term as strong value-added volume growth signals improving product mix, better utilization, and scaling of the stainless steel and GP businesses. The slight QoQ dip in grand total is minor and overshadowed by the year-on-year strength in high-margin products, which should support revenue and margin expansion going into the rest of FY26.
