Operating EBITDA margin improved to 11.45% from 10.23% in FY25, while PAT margin increased to 5.94% from 3.84%. For Q4FY26 alone, revenue grew 38% YoY to INR 6,853 Mn, EBITDA surged 91% YoY to INR 922 Mn, and PAT jumped 239% YoY to INR 558 Mn. The company achieved highest-ever quarterly sales volume and EBITDA per ton in Q4FY26. Management outlined a capacity expansion roadmap targeting finished products capacity to scale from 0.62 MMTPA to 2.03 MMTPA over 4-5 years, with Phase-I of greenfield expansion at Kesda & Kuthrel Unit-II including 0.36 MMTPA stainless-steel coils targeted for Q4FY27. Total CAPEX for Phase-I is estimated at INR 10,850 Mn (INR 8,100 Mn for production + INR 1,250 Mn for 25 MW power plant + INR 500 Mn for ERW expansion).
The strong financial performance with margin improvement signals effective cost management and operational execution. The ambitious capacity expansion plans indicate significant future growth potential but will require substantial capital deployment. Current shareholders may benefit from the company's scaling trajectory, though dilution risks from CAPEX financing should be monitored.
