Sambhv Steel Tubes reported landmark FY26 results with sales volume up 37%, revenue up 60% to INR2,413 crores, EBITDA up 79% to INR276 crores, and PAT more than doubled to INR143 crores. Q4 was the best quarter ever with EBITDA per ton at INR9,500 and EBITDA margin at 13%. The company is expanding its stainless steel capacity through a greenfield project at Kesda (3,60,000 ton, targeting Q4 FY27 commissioning) and brownfield debottlenecking (58,000 to 1,16,000 ton, consent expected imminently). A new 30 MW captive power plant at Sarora (INR150 crores) and 1,50,000 ton DFT ERW capacity (INR50 crores) are also underway. The management guided FY27 EBITDA per ton at INR7,000-8,000 with 10-15% volume growth, maintaining debt metrics below 1.5x net worth and 1.5x EBITDA. The 2030 target is 2 million ton finished steel capacity (7 lakh ton stainless, 10 lakh ton MS pipes/tubes, 3 lakh ton coated products).
Strong operational performance with margin expansion demonstrates execution strength; upcoming capacity additions position the company for sustained growth while maintaining prudent debt levels, which should be positive for shareholders.
