ICRA has upgraded the credit ratings of Samhi Hotels Limited and its three subsidiaries — SAMHI Hotels (Gurgaon) Pvt Ltd, Ascent Hotels Pvt Ltd, and Caspia Hotels Pvt Ltd. The long-term fund-based term loan rating was upgraded from [ICRA]A (Positive) to [ICRA]A+ (Stable) across all entities, while the outlook was revised from Positive to Stable. The short-term ratings for fund-based and non-fund-based facilities were also upgraded from [ICRA]A2+ to [ICRA]A1. The total rated debt covered across the company and its subsidiaries is approximately ₹764.80 crores (₹229 cr for Samhi Hotels, ₹127.5 cr for Gurgaon subsidiary, ₹242 cr for Ascent Hotels, and ₹166.3 cr for Caspia Hotels).
