Sammaan Capital Limited has informed the exchange that trading in its five Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) series will be suspended from March 11, 2026. The suspension covers ISINs INE148I07SA1, INE148I07SD5, INE148I07SB9, INE148I07SC7, and INE148I07SF0. The reason for suspension is that these debentures are reaching their maturity date. Once trading is suspended, the company will proceed with the final redemption of principal and interest to debenture holders.
This is a routine maturity-related event and does not affect equity shareholders. Holders of these NCDs will receive their principal and final interest payment on maturity, after which the instruments will be redeemed and delisted.
