Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited) has allotted 40,000 secured, rated, listed, taxable, redeemable, fully paid-up non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The allotment comprises two series of 20,000 NCDs each, with a face value of ₹1,00,000 per debenture. Series I aggregates to ₹200 Crores and Series II also aggregates to ₹200 Crores, taking the total issue size to ₹400 Crores. The allotment was carried out under Board authorization dated September 3, 2025 and a resolution by the Securities Issuance and Investment Committee dated October 13, 2025.
The company has raised ₹400 Crores through private placement of NCDs, which will strengthen its borrowing mix and provide fresh funding for business operations. This is a debt-raising event and does not dilute equity shareholders, though it adds to the company's overall debt obligations.
