Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance) has approved its Tranche IV public issue of secured, redeemable NCDs with a face value of ₹1,000 each. The base size is ₹100 crore with a green-shoe option of another ₹100 crore, taking the total to up to ₹200 crore, which sits within a previously approved shelf limit of ₹2,000 crore. The issue opens on July 15, 2025 and closes on July 28, 2025, and will be listed on both BSE and NSE. The NCDs carry credit ratings of Crisil AA/Stable and ICRA AA/Stable, are secured by a 1.25x asset cover on company receivables, and offer tenors ranging from 24 to 120 months with coupon rates of 8.42% to 9.70% (effective yields up to 9.96%) depending on tenor and investor category.
This is a routine debt-raising tranche from an already-approved shelf, so it is unlikely to cause any major share-price reaction. For existing shareholders, the issuance will dilute no equity but will increase the company's debt load and interest obligations, while retail investors get a chance to subscribe to AA-rated NCDs offering around 8.75%–9.96% effective yields.
