Annual Report FY26 and 39th AGM notice submitted to exchanges

Company has filed its Annual Report for FY25-26 along with notice of the 39th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 15:15 hours via video conferencing. Annual Report highlights: consolidated revenue crossed INR 1.25 trillion for the first time with 11 percent year-on-year growth, EBITDA rose 11 percent to INR 120.3 billion, PAT attributable to shareholders stood at INR 38.6 billion. Booked business reached USD 96 billion and net leverage hit an all-time low of 0.8x. Capex was a record INR 59.1 billion. Consumer Electronics grew 7.5x and turned EBITDA positive; Aerospace grew 40 percent year-on-year.
