Motherson reported record FY26 results with revenue of Rs 126,104 crore (up 11% YoY) and EBITDA of Rs 12,033 crore (up 11% YoY), with normalized PAT at Rs 4,258 crore (up 17% YoY). Q4FY26 was exceptionally strong with revenue of Rs 34,309 crore (up 17%), EBITDA of Rs 3,805 crore (up 42%), and PAT of Rs 1,674 crore (up 66% YoY). The board recommended a final dividend of INR 0.25 per share, taking total FY26 dividend to INR 0.60 per share. Key highlights include a record USD 96 billion booked business (all-time high), lowest-ever leverage ratio of 0.8x, and 4 new greenfield announcements. Emerging businesses grew 50% YoY with Consumer Electronics at 7.5x and Aerospace at 40% growth. Capex for FY26 was Rs 5,911 crore (49% of EBITDA) with FY27 guidance at Rs 6,000 crore (+/-10%).
