Samvardhana Motherson reported record annual revenue of Rs 126,104 crores for FY26, up 11% YoY, with EBITDA at Rs 12,033 crores (11% growth) and Normalized PAT at Rs 4,258 crores (17% growth). Q4FY26 was particularly strong with revenue of Rs 34,309 crores (17% YoY), EBITDA of Rs 3,805 crores (42% YoY), and PAT of Rs 1,674 crores (66% YoY). The company declared total dividend of Rs 0.60 per share for FY26, up from Rs 0.57 in FY25. Leverage ratio improved to 0.8x, the lowest ever in company history, despite capex of Rs 5,911 crores (49% of EBITDA). Booked business stands at USD 96 billion, and capex guidance for FY27 is Rs 6,000 crores. Emerging businesses (including Consumer Electronics, Aerospace) showed strong growth with 7.5x and 40% YoY revenue growth respectively.
