Sandhar Technologies is seeking shareholder approval through a postal ballot to raise the Section 186 limit for loans, investments, guarantees, and securities from the current cap of about Rs 1,219.79 Crore to Rs 1,500 Crore. As of March 31, 2026, the company had already used about Rs 1,004.73 Crore of this limit, partly via its wholly owned subsidiaries. The company says the higher cap will support strategic investments and growth. Voting runs from July 4 to August 2, 2026, via remote e-voting. Cut-off date is June 26, 2026.
Shareholders must vote by August 2, 2026. Approval gives the board greater flexibility for investments and loans up to Rs 1,500 Crore.
