Promoter Mrs. Monica Davar has transferred 26,22,930 equity shares (4.36% of total share capital) of Sandhar Technologies to Hazelnut Family Trust by way of gift on 29th August 2025. This is an inter-se transfer within the promoter group, executed under a SEBI exemption order (WTM/AB/CFD/03/2025-26 dated April 30, 2025) issued under Regulation 11(5) of the SAST Regulations. Since Mrs. Davar is the settlor of the Trust, the Trust will also now form part of the promoter group. Total promoter shareholding in Sandhar Technologies remains unchanged as a result of this transaction.
