Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores (SANDUMA) reported strong Q4FY26 and FY26 results. Consolidated Q4FY26 revenue grew 14% YoY to ₹3,109 crore with EBITDA of ₹308 crore and PAT of ₹196 crore. Full-year FY26 consolidated revenue was ₹5,163 crore (up 61% YoY), EBITDA ₹1,284 crore (up 49%), and PAT ₹658 crore (up 40%). Mining operations achieved record production - iron ore production rose 14% YoY to 4.35 MTPA and manganese ore production grew 15% YoY. The company completed acquisition of Arjas Steel (November 2024) and became standalone net debt-free as of March 2026, prepaying ₹423 crore of NCDs ahead of maturity. EBITDA margins stood at 27% standalone (up 2.1% YoY) and 25% consolidated. The company recommended a final dividend of ₹0.5 per share and became a Top 500 listed company by market cap in October 2025.
Strong operational execution with record mining volumes and successful deleveraging positions the company well for FY27. The Arjas Steel integration and capacity utilization improvements should drive further growth, while the standalone net debt-free status provides financial flexibility for future expansion.
