Sandur Manganese reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs 2,01,062 lakh (up 3.7% YoY) and profit of Rs 54,308 lakh (up 22% YoY). Consolidated revenue surged to Rs 5,08,842 lakh (up 62% YoY) including the newly consolidated Steel segment, with profit at Rs 65,807 lakh (up 40% YoY). EPS improved to Rs 11.17 standalone and Rs 13.51 consolidated. The company redeemed NCDs worth Rs 42,300 lakh early in March 2026 and executed a Forest Lease Agreement for a Downhill Conveyor System. However, Karnataka High Court dismissed the company's petition against Rs 13,125 lakh Compensatory Afforestation charges, and the company plans to appeal to Supreme Court. An exceptional charge of Rs 1,889 lakh was recorded for new Labour Codes impact. Board recommended final dividend of Rs 0.5 per share.
Strong financial performance with robust profit growth and debt reduction. The legal dispute over forest charges poses potential contingent liability, while the new Steel segment significantly boosted consolidated scale.
