Sangam Finserv Ltd has filed newspaper clippings (Financial Express and Dainik Parthakal, both dated 27 May 2025) of its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025. For the full year FY25, total income from operations fell to Rs. 1,701.48 lakhs from Rs. 1,857.82 lakhs in FY24 (down about 8.4%), while profit after tax dropped to Rs. 659.72 lakhs from Rs. 790.35 lakhs (down roughly 16.5%). The fourth quarter (Q4 FY25) swung into a loss, with a net loss after tax of Rs. 170.77 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 127.84 lakhs in Q4 FY24. Basic and diluted EPS for the year declined to Rs. 1.42 from Rs. 1.70. The company completed a 4:1 bonus issue on 7 February 2025, which is why equity share capital jumped from Rs. 932.25 lakhs to Rs. 4,661.28 lakhs. Results were approved by the Board on 26 May 2025.
Weak year for shareholders — both top line and bottom line shrank versus FY24, and the final quarter slipped into a loss. The 5x rise in share count from the 4:1 bonus issue means per-share earnings are diluted, though retail shareholders now hold more shares at no extra cost.
