Sangam India held its 40th AGM on June 29, 2026 via video conferencing with 99 members attending. Six resolutions were transacted including adoption of FY26 financial statements, Rs 2 per share dividend declaration, re-appointment of R.P. Soni as Director, authorisation for Board to borrow up to Rs 3000 crores, creation of security on increased borrowing, and ratification of Cost Auditor remuneration. Anurag Soni chaired in place of Chairman R.P. Soni. No audit qualifications. Voting results pending.
