Sangam (India) Limited reported a landmark FY26 with revenue of Rs. 3,243 crore, up 12.9% YoY, driven by volume expansion and sustained demand across domestic and global markets. PAT surged 159.7% to Rs. 83 crore with margins expanding by ~240 basis points, reflecting operating leverage, better cost control, and improved business mix. Q4 FY26 showed even stronger performance with revenue of Rs. 880 crore (up 17.9% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 33 crore (up 245.3% YoY). EBITDA grew 26.4% to Rs. 329 crore with margin improving 109 bps to 10.1%. Exports reached an all-time high of Rs. 1,167 crore. The company expanded renewable energy capacity by 30 MW with expected annual savings of Rs. 58 crore. Working capital cycle improved significantly to 55 days from 80 days. The company maintains a strong balance sheet with Net Debt/Equity at 1.1x and cash & treasury investments of Rs. 195 crore.
