Sanghvi Movers delivered its highest-ever FY26 revenue of Rs 1,100 crore, up 36.9% YoY, with EBITDA of Rs 429 crore (15.6% growth) and PAT of Rs 184 crore (17.7% growth). Q4 FY26 revenue stood at Rs 351 crore with PAT of Rs 69 crore. The company reported strong capacity utilization of 79% in India and has secured an order book of Rs 1,053 crore for FY27. Management outlined the ELEVATE 2030 strategy focusing on international expansion to GCC/KSA (with a confirmed $32-49 million pipeline), growth in renewables through subsidiary SFRPL (17+ GW track record), and planned CapEx of Rs 391 crore for FY27. Net Debt/Equity ratio improved to 0.47.
Strong revenue growth and robust order book visibility provide earnings support. However, EBITDA margins declined to ~40% in FY26 from 47% in FY25 due to higher operating costs. The KSA expansion and renewables growth initiatives could drive medium-term growth but require continued CapEx deployment.
