Sanjivani Paranteral Ltd announced the conversion of 80,000 warrants into 80,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each, following a board meeting on 18th July 2025. These warrants were originally allotted on 5th February 2024 on a preferential basis to promoter Ashwani Khemka, who has now exercised his conversion rights. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs. 1,22,04,300 (1.22 crore shares) to Rs. 1,22,84,300 (1.23 crore shares). Post-allotment, promoter Ashwani Khemka's stake has risen from 29.05% to 29.51%.
Minor dilution for existing shareholders as only 80,000 new shares (~0.65% increase in share count) have been issued to an existing promoter, slightly increasing his holding. This is a routine warrant conversion and is unlikely to have a material impact on the stock price.
