Saraswati Commercial (India), an NBFC, has invested Rs. 12.99 crore as an anchor investor in the IPO of Aditya Infotech Limited, which sells video security and surveillance products under the 'CP Plus' brand. The company subscribed to 1,92,588 equity shares at Rs. 675 per share, which is a small 0.16% stake in the post-issue capital of Aditya Infotech.
