Sarda Energy & Minerals reported strong annual results for FY2026. Standalone revenue grew 24% to ₹4,334 crore from ₹3,484 crore, while consolidated revenue rose 23% to ₹5,690 crore from ₹4,643 crore. Standalone profit after tax jumped 56% to ₹949 crore from ₹608 crore, with consolidated PAT up 56% to ₹1,063 crore from ₹681 crore. EPS improved significantly to ₹26.92 (standalone) and ₹31.38 (consolidated). The board recommended dividend of ₹2 per share (200%). The company also approved a ₹500 crore expansion of pellet manufacturing capacity by 1.1 million tonnes. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion for both standalone and consolidated results. Note: Current year includes full-year contribution from SKS Power Generation acquired in August 2024, making some comparisons non-comparable.
Strong double-digit revenue and PAT growth with 56% jump in earnings signals robust operational performance across steel, ferro alloys, and power segments. The clean audit opinion removes any uncertainty concerns, while the capacity expansion signals confidence in future growth, which could be positive for the stock.
