Sarda Energy & Minerals reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue growing 24.4% to Rs 4,334 crore and PAT jumping 56% to Rs 949 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 22.6% to Rs 5,690 crore with PAT up 58% to Rs 1,106 crore. The Board recommended dividend of Rs 2 per share (200%) and approved pellet manufacturing capacity expansion by 1.1 million tonnes at Rs 500 crore investment. The auditors issued clean (unmodified) opinions for both standalone and consolidated results with no going concern issues. Note that the SKS Power Generation acquisition in August 2024 makes year-on-year comparisons not directly comparable.
The company delivered robust profit growth of over 50%, driven by strong performance across Steel, Ferro Alloys, and Power segments. The dividend announcement and capacity expansion signal confidence in future prospects. The clean audit opinion with no concerns strengthens investor confidence.
