Sarda Energy & Minerals reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue up 24.4% to ₹4,334 crore and PAT jumping 56% to ₹949 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 22.6% to ₹5,690 crore with net profit of ₹1,106 crore (up 58%). EPS improved from ₹17.26 to ₹26.92 for standalone. The Board approved a ₹2 per share dividend (200%) and reappointed S.N. & Company as Cost Auditors. A significant expansion was greenlit: 1.1 million tonnes of pellet manufacturing capacity at approximately ₹500 crore investment. The acquisition of SKS Power Generation (completed August 2024) contributed to non-comparable results. Statutory auditors Singhi & Co. issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong growth across all segments (Steel, Ferro Alloys, Power) with near-doubling of bottom-line metrics signals robust operational performance. The ₹500 crore pellet expansion indicates confidence in demand outlook. Clean audit opinions remove any going-concern or qualified opinion concerns, supporting a positive investor outlook.
